We want you to love your Duolingo gear as much as your daily streak. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they stay protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Get Reimbursed

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
